Haley Trager is the Immediate Past Board Chair and current Women’s Philanthropy Chair of the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Northeast Florida. A long-time leader within both her local Federation and the broader Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) system, she is currently serving on JFNA’s National Women’s Philanthropy Board and also on JFNA’s Israel & Overseas Committee. Over the past decade, Haley has held numerous leadership roles spanning campaign, young leadership, major gifts, and Israel & Overseas engagement, with a particular passion for leadership development, relationship-building, and strengthening Jewish communal life through collective philanthropy. 

A graduate of National Young Leadership Cabinet’s Class of 2017, Haley has served in a variety of Cabinet leadership positions, including Israel & Overseas Co-Chair, Mission Chair, Lion of Judah Co-Chair, Social Action Chair, Next Gen Chair, Caucus Leader, and Class Chair. 

 Before dedicating herself full-time to volunteer leadership, Haley was a passionate early childhood educator. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, passion for cultivating future leaders, and ability to connect people across generations and communities.  

Haley and her husband, Jason, along with their two daughters, Eden (7) and Mira (1), reside in Jacksonville, Florida. 

Mitch Sterling is the Chief Client Development and Relationship Officer at Blank Rome, where he partners with firm leadership and attorneys across practices and geographies to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client service. He develops and executes business, client, and industry strategies, leads interdisciplinary industry teams and client campaigns, manages the Competitive Intelligence function, and advances profile, brand, and relationship-building efforts for the firm’s Philadelphia office. 

Mitch has more than 15 years of experience in the legal industry. Before joining Blank Rome, he served as a Director of Marketing and Business Development and practiced as a real estate attorney at a global Am Law 20 firm. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.B.A. in Marketing from Emory University. 

In the Jewish community, Mitch has held extensive leadership roles, including service on the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia Board of Directors and Board of Trustees, and as Chair of Young Leadership. He is a long-time Board Member of the Jewish Relief Agency and has served in multiple national leadership roles within JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet, including Engagement Vice Chair and Membership Vice Chair. His community involvement also includes the ADL Glass Leadership Institute and leadership roles within the Emory University Alumni community. 

Since Cabinet, Mitch has continued his active involvement with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, including serving as Campaign Team Co-Chair for 2024-2025. In January 2026, he began leading a new donor stewardship and engagement initiative focused on re-engaging donors who were once active, including former center Board leaders, Cabinet Alumni, and local Mission Alumni.
