Explore Leadership Opportunities

Cabinet Alumni

More than 4,000 strong, our Cabinet Alumni have deepened their commitment in Jewish life. Many hold major leadership positions in the Jewish world, and others have become significant voices in broader American society.

Lifelong Leaders

Alumni demonstrate a lifelong commitment to the Jewish community, often assuming leadership roles locally, nationally, and globally. Many alumni serve on boards of major Jewish organizations and continue to strengthen their leadership skills through exclusive alumni events and experiences.

Community & Mentorship

Alumni connect locally and through Jewish Federations to strengthen their bonds and reaffirm their commitment to the Jewish community. They mentor and train the current generation of Cabinet members, ensuring the continuity and strength of Jewish leadership.

Lasting Impact

Alumni play an essential role in advancing Jewish Federations’ vital work, from leading support for Israel to advocating on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures. They leverage their expertise to shape meaningful policy initiatives and create positive change through dedicated service to Jewish communities worldwide.
