For generations, Federations across the continent have been community convenors, with people-powered affinities at the core of the work. Not only do they engage tens of thousands of people through groups like National Women's Philanthropy and National Young Leadership Cabinet, but over the past ten years, they have experimented with new tools, like giving circles and “pop up” events. And, as part of a legacy of innovation and philanthropy, have brought Amplifier, a philanthropy idea generator, under our collective roof.
In addition to its work with Jewish communal organizations, Amplifier@JFNA will continue to serve as a leader and Jewish voice in the broader philanthropic ecosystem.
