Jewish Immigration to and Absorption in Israel

For many, Israel is the next best home. We are there.

On the day the war broke, thousands began fleeing their home. At the borders, we were there providing immediate relief and support and for those who chose to make Aliyah, were were there to expedite the process, significantly reduce the timeline for Aliyah eligibility checks, and help refugees board flights to Israel faster.

Meet Luidmila

The very day war broke out thousands began fleeing the country. Among them were Liudmila and her family. Once they crossed the border into Poland, they not only received emergency aid from our partners but also the support they needed to make Aliyah. Today, with continued support from Federation partners,  Liudmila and her family are thankful to be building new lives in the Jewish homeland. As Liudmila says, “the climate in Israel is very warm, and so are the people.”
