Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine

For those who stayed in Ukraine, we are there too with critical resources.

Jewish Federations have ensured that Ukraine's most vulnerable Jews have continued to receive the help they need to survive. You’ve ensured our system’s ability to provide food, shelter, and medical aid to millions of Ukrainians who are have remained in their country. Many are internally displaced women and children, reluctant to leave behind those male family members who are required to join the Ukrainian army and fight for their country. It’s your support that has helped keep them alive

Meet Anna

Anna, a volunteer in Kharkiv, worked at the vibrant JCC for many years. Seeing people of all ages and backgrounds dance and celebrate their Judaism together brought her so much joy. Since the onset of the war, this vibrant JCC has turned into a ghost town. She couldn’t sit idly by and so, working with our partners, she turned that JCC into a supply distribution center ensuring the community in Ukraine receives food, medicine, and other essentials.
