The Louisville Jewish Community (‘LJC’) is looking for a high-energy individual to be the Outreach and Engagement Manager.   If you have a passion for community, creating meaningful experiences for diverse groups of people and are driven to build a strong Jewish community then we have a unique opportunity for you!

The Engagement and Outreach Manager is responsible for overall implementation and coordination of annual campaign engagement strategies including events, affinity groups, and community engagement. The Manager will foster a culture of philanthropy within the department, assuring that the systems and procedures within fund development support success.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – 65,000.  The Federation offers comprehensive benefits including family membership to the Trager JCC and professional development opportunities.
