To shine as Louisville Jewish Community (‘LJC’) Campaign Director, you need passion for fundraising matched by knowledge of this craft. You’ll need to balance a practical mindset with a creative business acumen and be able to lead a team of talented individuals to identify opportunities that matter to our constituents. Create and implement solutions so that Federation can meet its annual campaign goals and objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Campaign Director will manage and lead the annual campaign, have a personal portfolio of major  and mid-level donors. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, stewarding, and securing philanthropic support in a complex environment. The Campaign Director needs to be a motivated and enthusiastic leader.  The culture of the organization promotes professional development and team spirit.  This is a growth opportunity for candidates seeking upward mobility in a Jewish communal setting.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.  The Federation offers comprehensive benefits including family membership to the Trager JCC and professional development opportunities.
