2013 National Young Leadership Conference: Dallas
WHEN
March 10 – 12, 2013
WHERE
Westin Galleria, Dallas, TX
MISSION
Leadership Conference Dallas (LCD) is designed to be the preeminent leadership, community and philanthropic national development program. Geared toward current and emerging 22-45 year old lay leaders from local communities across the United States and Canada, the conference will provide "how-to" instruction on best practices for attracting new talent, developing existing leadership, planning and executing local programming and new/increased gift solicitation training which can be taken back to those local communities and implemented immediately. LCD will be motivational for certain, but it will leave participants with a working knowledge of how to be an agent of change in their home community.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The LCD is open to all current and future young leaders within their Federations who are seeking to further develop their skills and passions. We invite all those interested in advancing their leadership careers at any organization or agency, in a volunteer or professional capacity, to attend.
Jewish Federation professionals are encouraged to suggest local lay leadership for the Institute. Although the LCD is geared towards advancing lay leadership skills, professionals are invited to register to learn alongside lay leaders. There will be city-sized roundtables for professionals.
EXPOSURE
LCD will bring together 300 attendees made up of 22-45 year old North American leaders and future leaders in the Jewish Community.
COST
Registration fee $499 with a $360 suggested donation to their local community.
