National Women’s Philanthropy T.E.C.H. Team
Since its inception in 2009, the NWP T.E.C.H. (Training, Education, Coaching, and Help) Team has visited over 90 communities across North America.
The women on T.E.C.H. are National Women’s Philanthropy’s strongest trainers and campaigners. This group of women are a valuable resource to all Federations and Network Communities. Some of our most requested programs are: solicitation training, facilitating skills based workshops (making the ask, handling objections, upgrading gifts, outreach and engagement solicitors, provide leadership development, assist with branding and name changes), discussions/program planning for volunteerism and engaging the next generation, and fly-in solicitations of high level donors. Our T.E.C.H. Team members are often inspirational speakers for community events and do the pitch at fundraising events as well.
For the cost of a plane ticket and a hotel room, these women are a valuable and available resource. Most importantly, they share the message of the added value of NWP and JFNA to the communities they work with and their communities at home as well. We couldn’t ask for better marketers to spread the message of the good work being done at JFNA.
All a community has to do is fill out a simple request form: http://www.fedcentral.org/local_includes/downloads/41958.doc, submit it to Ali Garber Ali Garber , and let the NWP Team match the perfect presenter/trainer to the needs of the event and community.
We are cautious to try to send people who live close by and take budget restraints of our local communities seriously. We talk through specific needs pro to pro and then work with our leadership to identify a perfectmatch.
NWP is here to help every step of the way!
