Gail Norry is chair of National Women’s Philanthropy of The Jewish Federations of North America. She also serves as co-chair of the NWP TECH team, providing Training, Education, Consulting and Help to communities across North America and is a member of the JFNA By-Laws Committee.
Ms. Norry is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and serves as co-chair of the Center for Jewish Life and Learning. She is also a member of the United Israel Appeal Board. She was the founder and co-chair of OROT, a special needs initiative in Philadelphia’s Jewish day schools. She is a board member of PEJE, the Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education, and the United Way of Southeastern Pa. She is a member of Congregation Beth Sholom, where she also serves on the board.
Gail was the co-chair of the 2008 International Lion of Judah Conference and was co-chair of the Federation movement's National Young Leadership in 2005. Gail has held many leadership positions at the Philadelphia Federation such as; president of Philadelphia’s Women’s Philanthropy; co-chair of the Financial Resource Development Governance Committee and past chair of Young Women's Division.
Gail is 1996 recipient of the Myer and Rosaline Feinstein Young Leadership Award.
