The Investment Institute brings together Federation and Jewish community foundation lay and professional leadership, CFOs/CIOs and Endowment professionals to engage and learn about best practices in investment management. The Institute also welcomes private foundation trustees and staff, as well as major donors interested in learning about how best practices in investment can transform endowment management and grow the amount of available wealth devoted to Jewish philanthropy.
The 2011 Investment Institute, held in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, welcomed a capacity crowd of 300+ professionals and lay leaders from 63 communities and Israel who steward $13 billion in Jewish philanthropic assets. Attendees also enjoyed a Super Bowl party and golf outing on the PGA National’s Championship course.
The theme of the Institute was "Endowment & Foundation Investing: Rethinking Risk and Reward", and featured a stellar roster of thought leaders from the financial and philanthropic sectors.
