For centuries, the Jewish people prayed ‘next year in Jerusalem.’ What a privilege that in our lifetime this dream became a reality!
For half a century, IEF has been helping donors just like you make this miracle happen. As the stories in this issue attest to, that is the only way to describe the transformative impact each IEF donor has created through the power of their philanthropy. But this task is far from over.
At this time of reflection as we welcome the New Year 5771, at IEF we recommit ourselves to serving as your premier gateway to unparalleled opportunities to invest in the upbuilding of our Jewish homeland.
This is also a time of transition for IEF. I want to thank Danielle Mor, who has served as such a wonderful colleague during her two-year tenure at IEF. This fall Danielle returns to Israel and we are delighted to welcome incoming IEF Executive Director Shai Lamdan.
From all of us in the IEF family, may the coming year be one of abundant health and happiness for you and your families—and a year of prosperity and peace for k'lal Yisrael. L'Shana Tova u'Metuka–
