JENNA BUSH TO SPEAK AT UJC'S WASHINGTON 15 CONFERENCE CLOSING PLENARY

Jenna Bush, international children's rights advocate, New York Times best-selling author and daughter of President George W. Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush, will speak about social activism and how to "Make it Matter" at the UJC Washington 15 Conference closing plenary on March 18, 2008.

Jenna Bush is the author of Ana’s Story: A Journey of Hope, which tells the courageous story of a 17-year-old single mother living with HIV in Latin America. The book is a call to action for people of all ages to make a difference in the fight against poverty, abuse, and HIV/AIDS. Since the book’s publication, Bush has shared Ana's inspirational story, and her conviction that each of us can make a difference in the lives of children around the world, with audiences across the country. She has also appeared on 20/20, The Today Show, The Tonight Show, Larry King Live, Rachel Ray, and The CBS Early Show, and has been featured in Time, Newsweek, and USA Today.
