Senior Development Associate
The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore 

THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is currently seeking a Senior Development Associate.  Candidate will cultivate and develop planned and major gifts to THE ASSOCIATED.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the development of donor-advised funds, endowments and major gifts by working with donors, their families and their legal/tax advisors, allowing donors to reach their charitable goals. 

Qualified candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in major gift development; planned giving and estate and trust planning experience a plus; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with diverse populations.  Knowledge and understanding of Baltimore Jewish community preferred.  Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently is a must.  Juris Doctorate highly desirable but not required.  Marketing and presentation skills are also a plus.
