Israel and Overseas Associate
Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore

THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is seeking an Israel and Overseas Associate to serve as a key member in facilitating the overseas agenda of THE ASSOCIATED. This individual will work closely with lay committees in managing philanthropic activities within Israel, locally and throughout the world. This includes staffing appropriate lay committees, providing oversight towards management of grants, and promoting overseas initiatives through marketing and engaging local Jewish organizations, as appropriate.

Candidate must be extremely organized, possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Israel, demonstrated expertise in the planning and evaluation of philanthropic strategies (3-5 years experience) and Master’s Degree in relevant field are preferred.

Qualified candidates will be highly adept at creating and maintaining relationships with volunteers, donors, agency professional and other community stakeholders. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter along with a current resume to:
