A long-range rocket fired from the Egyptian-held Sinai lands in Eilat but causes no damage, prompting Israeli officials to vow to target those responsible for this and other attacks on Israelis at home and aboard. Meanwhile, the U.S. says Iran’s nuclear efforts stumbled in 2011.
