Friends of Israel Scouts, Inc. was incorporated in 1995 encompassing programs that began in the early 1960s to develop and maintain the connection between the Tzofim (Israel Scouts) movement in Israel, the only youth movement in Israel that is both non-political and non-sectarian, and the Jews of North America.
